The Leonida Keys trail off the southern tip of the state as a string of small islands joined by long bridges. It is the Florida Keys, GTA-style: boats, bait shops, dive bars and very relaxed rules.

Rockstar's official site ties the Keys to Jason's story. He works for local drug runners here, and Brian's boat yard is somewhere on these islands.
